The Finance team is hiring for an Accountant.

The Accountant role executes and supports the operational and financial accounting processes of the global business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This may include cash management, creating journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other general accounting duties. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Perform daily cash management duties including decisioning, applying cash payments, executing intercompany settlements, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end processes which may include creating journal entries, account reconciliations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management. Monitor and analyze customer payment and account balance trends and metrics.
• Communicate regularly and proactively with customers while providing a high level of customer service throughout. Investigate, resolve and respond promptly to inquiries with customers regarding questions or issues with their payments.
• Prepare internal and external reports including, but not limited to, KYC renewals, government surveys, accounts receivable aging reports, customer statements, etc.
• Prepare and provide support for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Research historical financial data to support internal and external inquiries.
• Performs other related duties as required or requested.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Excellent written and verbal skills

You’ll really stand out with:

• Experience with Workday accounting software, IBM Cognos TM1
• Experience communicating financial/accounting related items directly to internal and/or external stakeholders and answering related inquiries

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $55,250-$68,250. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:

Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
