Spearbit is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for upselling/cross-selling, managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their technical needs, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong background in technology and security services, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Description
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities where Spearbit services fit together with existing client’s needs. Work to expand the scope of services offered to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s technical and security needs. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on Spearbit’s security services and technology offerings. Provide clients with technical guidance and recommendations to address their unique requirements. Collaborate with our technical teams to implement and deliver solutions effectively.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
Client Communication:
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain a strong client relationship.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service agreements. Generate reports and documentation as needed to support client engagements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Sales / Account Management in a technical account management or client-facing role within the technology or security services industry.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain security and/or cybersecurity
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving, attention-to-detail and conflict-resolution skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Hands on smart contract security or web2 cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
