What you’ll do:

• Manage a team of software engineers to build out the initial Blackbird product offerings
• Work closely with your technical leads to negotiate priorities and grow the existing team to achieve those goals
• Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with dependencies across the company
• Guide, organize, and communicate the team’s quarterly objectives and accomplishments

You should have:

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with leadership responsibilities and 2+ years as an engineering manager
• Experience in driving business and product success in a cross-functional organization
• Proven ability to define a mission for your organization and execute on its goals
• Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members

This is a field sales opportunity. Candidates must live local to NYC, relocation not provided
