Grid combines programmable policies with key management, payment orchestration, card issuance, and yield providers in a single integration point to offer a complete solution for building a fintech app.
We need a seasoned sales executive who can build relationships and generate results with leading fintech companies. Your target market will include the businesses reshaping payments and banking – from remittance platforms handling international transfers to neobanks, payroll providers, and similar financial innovators.
Managing the complete sales process from initial prospect research and outreach through deal closure
Actively pursuing fintech companies, neobanks, payment service providers, financial institutions and innovative payment providers to introduce our stablecoin infrastructure offerings
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through self-prospecting, outbound campaigns, and strategic networking. Building a personal network and brand is critical and will include attending conferences, events, and relationship building with your clients and prospects
Securing substantial enterprise contracts with both established companies and fast-scaling startups
Serving as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them develop and expand use cases that can impact millions of end users
Cultivating lasting partnerships with key accounts and ecosystem players while becoming a trusted industry resource
Developing comprehensive knowledge of our products and collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence future development and ensure smooth client implementations
Providing market insights that directly inform our go-to-market approach, helping refine positioning, messaging, and growth strategy based on client feedback and industry trends
3-5 years driving B2B sales at high-growth technology companies, with a focus on enterprise accounts
Track record of winning major contracts ($1M+ annual value) and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Background in startup environments where you’ve helped build sales processes from the ground up
Established network within financial technology, payments, or digital asset sectors
In-depth knowledge of digital currencies, particularly stablecoins, and their real-world implementations
Ability to communicate effectively with technical decision-makers and development teams
Entrepreneurial approach, comfortable creating your own playbook and driving results without extensive management
Experience using modern sales technology and automation tools to maximize outreach efficiency
Strong cross-team collaboration skills, regularly contributing insights that shape product direction and marketing strategy
Technical aptitude to discuss complex integration requirements and address detailed implementation concerns
Strategic thinking abilities to help prospects identify optimal approaches for their unique business challenges
