The Global Accounts team at Cisco is at the forefront of driving strategic growth by partnering with our most critical global customers. We are a dynamic and collaborative group, responsible for nurturing deep, long-term relationships that lead to significant revenue growth and unwavering customer loyalty. Your Impact:

As an Account Executive for Global Accounts, you will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of top-tier global accounts, primarily based in Turkey and extending across EMEA. You will drive elevated and intimate customer relationships to achieve profitable and predictable revenue growth and high customer dedication.

  • Lead the development and execution of long-term account strategies, aligning with global headquarters.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships within the Cisco Global Account community and coordinate diverse Cisco resources globally and across EMEA.
  • Build demand creation initiatives and comprehensive ongoing support plans, leveraging deep customer and industry understanding.
  • Manage the entire account planning process, ensuring successful execution against defined goals and plans.
  • Position end-to-end solutions and articulate Cisco’s strategic value to senior customer executives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience managing large strategic accounts.
  • Proven experience building and developing sales relationships to a CXO level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing large accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management.
  • Experience with a team-selling approach across multiple business units.
  • Multinational customer business experience (sales or marketing capacity).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong technical and business knowledge with the ability to align customer business drivers to Cisco solutions.
  • Understanding of direct and indirect global distribution models.
  • Ability to resolve issues with peers, partners, and customers using a win/win philosophy.
  • Track record of building senior customer executive relationships and partnering to drive business growth.
