As an Account Executive on the Sales Team, you’ll help drive our expansion into financial services — owning the full sales cycle and closing strategic partnerships with banks and fintech companies building on blockchain infrastructure. You’ll report to a Director of Enterprise Sales and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver solutions that meet real-world infrastructure demands.
This role is designed for experienced sellers who can work independently, generate their own pipeline, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries.
Drive revenue of $ 2 – $ 5 M ARR. and own the entire customer lifecycle — from lead generation to close, onboarding handoff, renewal, and expansion.
Execute a full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, technical validation, pricing, negotiation, and close.
Break into new financial accounts by identifying high-potential use cases, understanding buying triggers, and leading strategic outreach.
Build relationships with C-level executives (CTO, CFO, COO) and senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure.
Tell the QuickNode story clearly and persuasively in prospect meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Success to close complex deals and Solutions Engineering to validate technical alignment, and be comfortable leading initial architecture and product value discussions.
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales of $ at least $2+ M ARR.
Experience in Blockchain, Web3/ Crypto.
Proven success selling to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
Experience selling IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Able to engage and influence C-level buyers (CTO, CFO).
Strong outbound prospecting track record and pipeline generation ownership.
Skilled in discovery, qualification, and consultative selling.
Proven experience consistently meeting measurable targets.
Track record of effectively selling to key senior stakeholders.
Desire to learn continuously and help build a fast growing company.
Be open to feedback and willing to provide feedback to colleagues and leadership.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively working in a fast paced environment.
Proficient using CRM software (Salesforce) and collaboration tools like Slack, Discord, Telegram.
Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.
The US OTE salary range and level for this position are 224,640 – 249,600 per year and level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
