Your Impact

Drive the sales strategy for ThousandEyes by managing the full sales cycle, from building champions and influencing complex buying committees to closing enterprise-wide agreements. Develop and execute go-to-market plans that identify whitespace opportunities and growth strategies. Partner closely with Cisco Account Managers, Specialists, and Partners to position ThousandEyes as a core component of modernization, Zero Trust, and network observability strategies. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with precision and accountability, while collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth deployment and measurable impact post-sale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise-level sales roles, including selling technical Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex deals with significant transaction value – min of 5 deals
  • Hunting mentality – You are used to sell into 50% whitespace patches
  • Native German and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce would make your start much smoother
  • Proven knowledge of MEDDICC helps to stay in control of your business
  • Strong competency in using social media and professional networks to understand your customer
  • Experience engaging with C-level or VP-level executives at client organizations across multiple sales cycles.
